Delete Account and Data

Thanks for trying out RunQuest! This page details how you can request for your RunQuest account and/or associated data to be deleted.

Delete Your Account Data

Through the RunQuest App

From the main map page, visit Settings (via the icon at the top-right of the screen)
Scroll down and click on "Danger zone"
Click "Delete account"

By contacting us

Alternatively, send us an email at runquestapp@outlook.com to request for your RunQuest account and/or associated data to be deleted. We require certain data (such as your email) in order to keep your account open, but it is possible for some data to be removed without deleting your account.

Is Any of my Data Retained?

No, 100% of your data will be immediately and permanently removed when you delete your account through the app or by contacting us.
