Welcome to RunQuest! By accessing or using the RunQuest app ("App"), you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this User Agreement ("Agreement"). This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and RunQuest ("Company"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.User Eligibility
To use the App, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years old, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.Use of the App
You agree to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You will not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the App is at your own risk and that the Company is not responsible for any consequences resulting from your use of the App.Territory Conquest
The App's virtual territories are designed to enhance your running experience by gamifying your runs. These virtual territories have no real-world ownership, value, or transferability. Any reference to territories conquered within the App is purely for entertainment and engagement purposes.Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.Content and Conduct
You are solely responsible for any content you submit, post, or share on the App. You agree not to post, share, or engage in any conduct that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable. You further agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or engaged in inappropriate conduct. In case of termination, you will lose access to your account and any content associated with it.Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to logos, text, images, graphics, audio, and video materials, are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge that the App may experience interruptions, errors, or other technical issues. While we strive to provide a reliable service, we cannot guarantee the continuous availability or error-free operation of the App. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.Updates and modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify the App and this Agreement at any time, without notice. Any changes to this Agreement will be effective upon posting on the App. Your continued use of the App following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom of Great Britain. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in The United Kingdom of Great Britain.Contact
